What have you done to your E89 today

Everyone raves about. BMW service. I would much prefer a trusted indi if it were not required for warranty work.

Will you need the corresponding splash guards and M40 discs and brake flexi lines?
I've got the discs, pads, and sensor. I did wonder about the splash guards. Not sure on the flexi hoses yet. I'll suss it out in due course, unless @B21 can advise?

Splash guards won't work as the F series front knuckle is very different..best to trim back E89 35/35is splashguards IMHO.. hoses will probably be OK..of course they will be new stainless types..

Fitted a pair of 10mm spacers on the rears today. Nothing on the front but even the 9” wide 326m rears sit visually quite inboard. 10mm not aggressive figment but just fills out the arches enough to create a nice match with the standard fitment of the fronts (to my eye anyway). Very OEM+ which is my personal preference.

Did all the roof seals with gummi pflege as the wind noise was an irritant. A bit better but not reduced enough. Sounds like it’s coming from right behind my ears so I suspect it’s where the rear window panel seals down on to the rear deck. Anyone have any other good suggestions on ways to alleviate the noise ?

Check the side window alignment. The door window can be adjusted. πŸ‘
