What have you done to your car today?

Finally fitted my new rear shocks (Bilstein B4s) and new rear springs (Suplex M-Sport). Pretty straightforward job minus having to dismantle half the boot carpet and trim... :headbang:

Arrived today is the Sealey light bar that latches to the bonnet to give light to the full engine bay. Got it for £50 , so a bargain. This is with all the garage lights off as an idea on how well it lights up

The wife was and is still in

Radiator cover mould, to have a go at making a carbon one but as you can see I have filled in the hole for the header tank as the M does not need that.

Fitted new gear and handbrake gaiters.

Wow !! that looks classy. Did you buy a new one or is that your original wheel retrimmed

Went with the exchange option. They send it up and I send mine back to them. They took £100 deposit, refundable once they receive my wheel back.

New rims, but unsure if I like them or not. I feel I see so many pictures of z4 with Csl that it is that or nothing. Let me know what you guys think.
:o :o :o
I would like to buy this beautiful car with theses rims

Was going to renew the osf brake protection plate as it had rusted where the bolts go. Got it stripped down to reveal that the rear bearing dust collar was practically non existent. 2 New collars tomorrow and I'll get it put back together then do the nsf for peace of mind. A new set of 6k xenon bulbs fitted, replacing what I suspect were OEM 4,3oo bulbs. Difference is night and day; I already had the projector units out last year and gave them a clean but the light output always seemed mediocre for xenons. Not anymore!

We are tackling a z4 2003 that’s had flood damage and our lights not working but good to hear wat you used
We have stripped out the seats that were stuck solid and got the center console out as we had to get to airbag sensor as it is an issue
Now it’s the carpets all sodden but got the back out and the front ones look major so may cut them
Have you heard of this
Regards
