Got exactly the same problem. Domestic Management will be really impressed if I can sort this. I have Dragonsbreath (no! that sounds all wrong). I'm assuming it'll do the same job?

Rear wheels look ready to set off in a completely different direction to the rest of the car :?

It's the camera angle I think, althoigh the rear wheels do havr a lot of negative camber

I assume it'll do the same job. He just bought a bottle of it from Amazon on the recommendation of the company he purchased the sandstone from. It's definitely the same stuff as it goes purple and smells exactly the same as the wheel cleaner.

As always, just apply in the shade and don't allow to dry on the surface :

For me, they have to be easy to keep clean, especially if you can see so much of the inside of them. But those just look too 'square' for me in an '80s kind of way. I like something with bit of curve to it.

If you go CSL, try 4 x rears (9.5J) and work your magic to make them fit.

Hi guys, halfway through a CCV delete as my old unit was leaking oil. Changed valve cover gasket, oil housing gasket, dipstick o ring, throttle body gasket. Cleaned out IAC valve which was handy and just waiting on final parts for catch can install.

If you go CSL, try 4 x rears (9.5J) and work your magic to make them fit.

I fitted a thicker rear spring pad on the nearside as the car was 10mm lower. Real pita as the whiteline arb doesn't give the range of movement to allow the spring to be taken out, I had to drop the arb. The car is now perfect with the rear exactly the same height and the front just 3mm difference, I'm happy about that but overall the rear isn't as low it's 7mm higher. I then clayed, machine polished, further polish with poorboys black hole, two coats of meguiars mirror glaze No8 and topped off with coat of r222. Then a beer or two....I deserved it I sweat buckets!

Drove to the garden centre straight after work, roof down... Starting to think that at 34c, I should've kept the roof up and air con on :lol: it's was OK at first, but as the garden centre was about 20 miles away, it started to become unbearable. Glad I'm home now!

Washed it. Found some pigeon crap had damaged the paintwork.
It's so corrosive. I used some Meguire's compound, went at it for some time, improved but the marks are there now, permanent. It's depressing how destructive bird poo is. My street is beautifully lined with trees........It's a daily job.
Don't put it off, wash it off as soon as.....

Booked her in for a BG oil flush, filter change and fuel treatment. Replaced with 6.5 litres of Petronas DM5000 oil. Tried to clean hood. Very stubborn stains from previous owner. Try and source some Milton sterilising tabs/fluid tomorrow.

Coolant level low light came up on the dash yesterday. Forgot to check the level last night when I got home from work!!!

This morning after getting to work, I checked and it was low, but not excessively low. Topped it up with some bottled water and thought that was that.

On the way home the light came back on, so I knew there was a leak somewhere. Pulled up and I could see it leaking under the car. Bonnet open and it was clear it was something at the top of the expansion tank.

Looks like my top hose is buggered went to the dealer quick and ordered one in for tomorrow. £62 for a bit of rubber and plastic!

So for the next 24 hours I will be commuting in my sister's mini convertible :lol:
