What have you done to your car today?

Albeit an Ali express knob, you'd be hard pushed to tell unless you were up close n personal...

Is it as heavy as a ZHP though?

Only asking because I bought an Ali Express one for my E91 and although it looks and feels better, it's much lighter than a ZHP - but on a 3 Series that's not such an issue!

It's quite heavy Yeah! Not quite as much as the oem one but for the price you can't complain!

Picked up a facelift bumper, fog lights and clear indicators off a forum member nick_l (top bloke!) ready to be installed on my Pre-facelift Maldives blue!

Anyone else running a facelift bumper on the Maldives blue or will I be the only one???

Bought a salvage front d/s wing off ebay last week after someone bashed the car whilst parking; the wing already had historical damage so the silver lining in someone else crushing the wheel arch was it spurred me on to find a replacement. Wing turned up at my dad's yesterday and he's already set about treating a small patch of rust on the underside; will be up there to paint and fit it next weekend, as well as general touch up all around the car as there is localised paint damage on the bumper and side skirt.

Gave the roof a wash with auto finesse ragtopp and a vikan brush. Came up lovely. Washed the car afterwards, but forgot I left the keys in the ignition and all electrics on :headbang: battery was dead and my jump leads weren't working, so had to dash over to my dad's to borrow his.

Mercedes to the rescue

Ignore the muddy grass area. That's going to be either block paved or filled with stones. It's currently used as a turning point :P

As the weather has been dry, time for some minor repairs. Replace a cracked top sturt mount on the front suspension. Then the joy of a rear wheel bearing ...(ps the brick was just to support the calipers).
A few jobs completed pre MOT

I take it that's the zed shed? Where the owner can't find time to pay people back, but has plenty of time to take your money :headbang:

Ok, we get it you’ve got issues with Mike but give it a rest for f***s sake. There’s plenty of us on the forum that use him regularly and are really happy with his work!

 so much anger on this forum. Pull your finger out of his backside and calm down a little.

Washed and took her for a drive. Also fitted my Mstache 2 M bumper front splitter this week.

Anger? More like boredom with a “Lifer” with so little positive to contribute!

I didn't give myself the lifer title, so don't blame me for it

I've most likely contributed more than you anyway, so I'm not too bothered. I also care about people who get ripped off on this forum  thieves are the lowest of the low.

What have I done to my car today , absolutely nothing due to having to paint our wardrobes with chalk paint. Trying to buy some brownie points for a car based weekend next week 😉 fingers crossed it worked. 🤞🤞
