Last week had the hood motor relocated and fixed by Zed Shed. Picked the car up today after having the wheels refurbished. By the end of the month new brake discs& backplates all round, full service with gearbox and diff oils changed.
 
Shod with some new boots

Visited mike at the zed shed - mike replaced the valve cover gasket and cut and coded a new flip
Key while i waited- great service thanks mike - few other zed owners turned up whilst i was there with roof motor issues- probably only matter of time till mine goes or something else 😀so no doubt will be back .

Been tinkering under the bonnet, Oil Filter Housing is tomorrow’s job :D

Hi patriot was £95- car only came with 1 key - bmw wanted £170 for a new diamond key! so got a new flip key and the valve cover gasket done at mikes for the same price as just the key at bmw :thumbsup:
 
Removed the exhaust tips and gave them a good clean.
Can anyone advise how to keep them that way? Maybe a coat of some type of sealent or something??...

Machine polish then a good quality wheel wax.

Peek Metal Polish. "Cleans, Polishes and Protects"....You don't need anything else :thumbsup:
