that and a 458 Ferrari of course :)

A red Ferrari is a bit samey-samey :P a red BMW, Let alone an M version, seems quite the rare sight.
Agreed, but I’d still take one at m money tho😳
Saw this one in Hartington, Peak District a couple of weeks back. Stratstone plates on it and apparently 'from £195,000' ! :o When you walk round and study the detail it truly is a work of art...and surprisingly big !20190112_210124.jpg20190112_210059.jpg

They are stunning with so much presence.
One day maybe🤔

Nice plate jumbo
Hopefully be moving mine to a new ride soon, wasn’t sure if it was worth taking the plate off when I sell , you made my mind up now, thanks mate

Today I finally managed to get my handbrake working perfectly. It's only been about 3 years in the making  lots of trial and error and it appears to be working as it should.

Then I removed the 12mm spacers from the front wheels, to see whether that sorts out the wayward steering. It was incredibly twitchy at motorway speeds. Unsure if this is due to wheel balancing, sticky steering or the spacers, so decided to try out the simple bits first, to narrow it down.

Then I finished by giving both Z4 and A200 a well overdue vacuum. Amazing how much dirt, stones and debris accumulates in the footwells. Also found some money

My M/// steering wheel arrived today :trampoline: can’t wait to refurb and fit :D 90F1493A-D9B3-4E09-B0D1-74EC78FF4304.jpeg
After clean the leather it is actually in very good condition so will wait a while before I get it done by royals just going to refurb plastics for now 👍🏻

You won't be disappointed. I bought a retrimmed standard wheel for my car a few years ago. The retrimmed standard one still wasn't as thick as my standard sport wheel. Just make sure when they retrim your sport wheel they don't end up making it thinner

The sport wheel feels so good to touch :driving:

Strut off to replace broken spring perch.

Found out a few extra things:

- removing struts on axle stands is very hard until you realise that turning the wheel to full lock gives you loads more room
- my top mount bearings need replacing (forum diagnosis - thanks)
- coilovers go low enough to remove the springs without using compressors - win!
- stainless steel bits are awesome and put the rest of your rusty car to shame

Took her up to Bude today then enjoyed quick run down a near desserts Atlantic highway, before returning accross Bodmin moor. Then back home, washed, hovered and tucked up utill the next time. :driving: :D

That’s does sound nice, it’s a great bit of road when it’s clear. Nice to read M///s being used this time of year

I drove mine to Plympton to get some stuff from Screwfix

Stuck that on

A roadster with no heated seats :o

Nice knob

2019 is the year for heated seats. There's an nice set of red z4m ones on fleabay with doorcards but they're a bit steep for my liking at £950 😬 so I'll probably keep my eye out for a good set of e46 ones instead.

Yeah, I have those in my watch list. I'd love to have them but I really can't justify that kind of cash. Just teasing myself tbh

There's a black set for £800 too. Still more than I want to spend though.
