What have you done to your car today?

Hit a ridiculously tall speedbump at around 10mph and lost a headlight washer jet cover :headbang: bumper came off the o/s mount too. Fortunately, the mounts aren't broken, but I now need to buy a new cover and get it painted.

What a complete waste of time, considering I was only visiting the car park to return an item to a shop, which was £18 :x

A new cover is £23 on eBay, before the cost of spray paint.

Fixed, used the X8R kit. the old one was useless. completely worn drive mechanism.

Idles nicer.

Next, fix the passenger window regulator. Already have the kit, lack the courage.

I Used the X8R Kit myself too - very nice kit

Well, seeing as the better half has a night out and the kids are away overnight and it's mild and dry, I decided to quench it's thirst with some shell v-power and give it a hoon about like I was 17 again 😂

Heard a clicking on the drive home from work today (roof down, of course!)

Another bloody screw in the tyre! :headbang:

Fortunately its bang square in the middle and holding pressure, so should be able to get it fixed in the morning.

Dropped it off at a local dealer, with more than one glance backwards as I walked away. Now waiting for the 35i to be transported from the other end of the country. It's going to be a looooong wait

Sold its gloss black winter boots... ready for its new 2019 shoes...

Return of the whippy with a new aerial base. Stubby on order to try for size
