Damm, thats a pretty car

First weekend to clean the car since getting it.

Decided to clean the callipers first

Just gently cleaned with wire brush and light sandpaper. Then protected them with a clear coating.

Sealed the alloys too.

Looks great :)

Got new rear tyres fitted on Wednesday but didn't use the car until today, and I totally forgot to check the pressures and nuts before taking a blast down the M25 for a couple of messages. The car was all over the place, to the point I was having to constantly make adjustments to the steering - almost like a really strong wind was hitting the car side on. Pulled into a petrol station to check the nuts and pressures - nuts were fine, but the pressures!! 40psi on one side, 54psi on the other!! Got them back down to 34 a piece and the car is back to normal.

Also my brake pressure sensor issue seems to have gone away; hasn't reared its ugly head for over a week now.

Has that bush rotated or was it installed the wrong way round? I would have expect the flat section to be against the top of the sub chassis?

Spend half an hour changing all the headlight bulbs out for bright white, plus LED fog lights and LED side lights. Looks much nicer now, almost LED / Xenon colour temp now :)

Yeah, it has rotated after the retaining bracket has sheared!!

Thought about it but, aside from the pressures, the tyre fitters were a pleasure to deal with (much better compared to the last couple of places I tried). Just one of those things; I forgot to check the pressures so kinda on me as well.

Washed it and took it out a spin, as the sun was shining today.

Finally got around to fitting my AFE Stage 2 intake.

Like adding stereo to the car as i now have a moderate growl from the front and the back :driving:

Replaced the rear hard brake pipes with Kunifer and the flexible pipes with a braided kit all round. Also replaced the CCV as it has a number od oil leaks and wasn't running that well at tickover and replaced the rear types with Avons. Drives much smoother now and the brakes are really sharp. :driving:
