What have you done to your car today?

Dismantled two facelift O/S headlights to combine the best parts to give me one really good light. The N/S one I have was decent anyway. Then gave both a going over with Holts headlight refurbishment kit.

Now just got to find the tone to drop the bumper and swap them onto the car.

Found a hardtop for sale - very rare here in Thailand.... went to try it on for size

2CFA5A69-187D-4B7A-BA61-217674529A41.png

Not completely convinced as it wasn’t the right shade of black and the seller wasn’t being very realistic with his asking price vs the attention it would need to put right, so I walked away from it

Considering whether or not to spend my cash on recaro seats instead

Fitted the Aluminum Indicator Badges from Buckley06, and the clear lenses...........

Yes, very pleased, they blend in almost seamlessly, I got exactly the look I was hoping for, in fact it's exceeded my expectations.

this might be controversial BUT if it was mine with them is lose the 3.0i badges.
I think it breaks the "seamless" line.
Inly my opinion though.

U got me paranoid now.... not sure why my pads don’t say Brembo! :o

Mine are special!

But, seriously, you said you got performance pads - I’m not sure mine are anything special, so you might have an entirely different product. I think mine are part number P06043.

Hardtops look so right 8) will be selling mine soon, unfortunately. I can't justify having it taking up the entire floorspace of my shed during the warmer months :(

Agreed! * Hardtop going to be for sale soon alert! * (Ben's!)

Too right  waiting for an eBay £1 sale fee special

Pulled it out of the garage. Going on 2 months not being able to drive it due to road construction in front of my house. The weather has been perfect too. :(

Wrapped my first IP trim parts. I'm going to replace all the ally trim bits (due to scratching etc.) and wanted a similar look, but just a bit darker. Chose 3M BR230 brushed titanium.
Very happy with the results, and relieved to find that wrapping wasn't the nightmare I was scared of!

That's a nice subtle mod Z4C_er and nicely executed too by the look of it

I have a set of brushed aluminium trim that I plan to have repainted as I'm not confident in my wrapping skills. I was planning on getting them painted to look like Piano Black, but recently started toying with Black Sapphire to match the car exterior.

Thanks, it's the look I was aiming for. Really, with a bit of patience and perseverance, it's not too hard. This was my first attempt after all!
