Not me mate, I was around Enfield way yesterday.

Mine has a bright red roof. You can't miss it

Tried the DA out on the boot lid and rear wings. All swirl marks removed. Also gave it ago on the headlights and they came up a treat.

Then went out so a spin with the wife with the roof down but after 15mins up it came again because of the rain. Car now all dirty again

Still trying to decide on wheels, and more importantly colour. In terms of style I'm looking at the 7 spoke BBS CH-R type, but not exactly. Currently torn between going for the cheaper option of Cades Bern wheels, if I can get them in Hyper Silver, or possibly pushing the boat out a bit and getting Enkei wheels, similar style but slightly nicer design and what you would expect to be a significantly higher quality wheel.

Decisions!

Just to help your decision!

Lovely looking thing, but I think Hyper Silver is going to win out against black, I love how much it pops.

On a side note, been looking online and it seems american tyre and wheel sellers tireshop.com have a 'preview' option on their site... so do we like?

Absolutely think these Enkei wheels are leading the way, known to be incredibly high quality, most would say above any cast OEM alternative, and around 20% a wheel lighter than factory 18s. Would love BBS but genuinely couldn't justify the extra on top of another top brand.

Here’s my CH 19s....

Looking good sir, but UK roads and 19s aren't something I'm going to put.myself through

This is what I'm likely going to go for...
enkei-raijin-silver_lg_super.jpg

Hopefully be ordering this week, then looking at a couple of weeks for delivery

They describe it themselves as a cast wheel, but the rim forming procedure sounds remarkably similar to what other companies call flow forging, so who knows. The weight also supports this, lighter even than the BBS CH-R it seems, although my data might be wrong there!

Understandable - I know 19's aren't for everyone.

Those are a very similar style, and they look good - I think you can't go wrong with silver on a dark colour car...

Having the piano black trim fitted by number5 on monday :D
looking forward to seeing the transformation.

Trip to see Alan number5 today to have the piano black trim fitted.
Very pleased.
Makes a world of difference to the interior of the car, and was also pleased to be informed I have the extended leather option.
All in, a very fruitful day, Cheers Alan, for a cracking job, and the couple of additional jobs you did for me.😀FD2A6068-2E02-411C-BA6C-9AA311F97E62.jpeg

drove the zed to view a rental house to move to, but the estate has two speed bumps. Shame she sits on eibachs, because I couldn't avoid scraping both and it's putting me off a nice house! hoik it up to SE height maybe... :?

You got spacers on it to?

No spacers, but it is on 19’s so they fill the arch pretty nicely (in conjunction with the springs). Changed all the shocks recently also so the lowered ride is perfectly ok
