Booo! :telloff:

Finally finished the removal of the secondary cats.

To say I'm pleased with the noise in conjunction with my backbox mod is an understatement 😁

New front disks, brake fluid change and MOT. Technically I didn't do it though, so my wallet is £535 lighter... car stops really well now though :D

replaced a front indicator bulb - absolutely hate those bayonet contraptions - cleaned wheel arches and used some 303 on the inner trim covers, added a rear-facing "dash" cam. Then cleaned & sealed (with a mix of Gtechniq c2v3 and meguiars detailer) #108 again before bringing her down to Basingstoke this morning - 4 hours of top-down driving once the fog cleared :D

Put it up for sale

We now have 3 cars and one has to go. I have lost the "how do 3 people and a big dog get into that?" argument several times now.

Of course the answer is "easily - just not all at the same time" but I have failed to convince and it will be going after 5 years of happy ownership. Hope it goes to a good home and preferably a Forum Member! :driving:

Big load of work planed for this weekend.

I hope to soon be able to lift the lid on what i have been planing.... A few more weeks tops or i am giving up!!

I Checked the cars fluid levels today and topped up the washer bottle and used the remaining engine oil from the litre I bought for topping off, so I have used 1 litre in the 9 months and 6000 miles I've used it, not bad for an n52 2.5 if BMW are saying 1 litre for a 1000 miles is potentially achieved.

Tried out my new brake fluid water content tester, it showed less than 1% water in the Zed's brake fluid which is good to know. A useful gadget to keep an eye on our cars moving forward.

Put it through its paces around Mid Wales and the Elan Valley yesterday with a few boys.
Snowdonia lies ahead today...
