It was sad to part exchange my Z4 to a dealership having put so much into it myself but to be brutally honest I don't think I'm going to miss it much...

The previous owner did some styling tweaks to make it look like a 507 Edition including the stripe, black roof, alcantara wheel & gearstick/gaitor plus black grill and badges.

I will probably keep most of it but change the middle of the grill back to chrome. I'm inclined to remove the stripe but have put a poll for general views.

The quality of the interior really feels like a £60k car, like the leather used, the feel of the controls, metal paddles and infotainment dial. Then of course the main reason you buy a car that gets 20mpg, the engine is superb, thunderous, all the adjectives you've heard before.

It will be going straight into service taking us to Paris to see family on Saturday.

Lovely car OP!

I'll bet you'll struggle to stay within our archaic speed limits though!

Love the interior too. I could live with the black centre grille as it matches the smaller ones and the wheels, but I'm not not a fan of the stripe.

But it's your car, so it's up to you - just enjoy it. :driving:

It has a feature that flashes up a picture of the speed limit whenever you pass a sign, but I've already turned it off as the speedometer display spends more time showing limits than it does your actual speed!

No, you're right it's about everything.

I really liked the 340i Touring I got close to ordering, good engine, great gearbox (better than the C63), decent brakes but rubbish seats.

The C63 seats are the best I've had by a country mile, super huggy and very adjustable. All the normal movements then bolster tightness, plus upper and lower lumbar adjustment.

Nice! i had a PPP version, was the dogs danglies until someone smashed in to it :( If c63/m3/rs4 insurance wasn't so ridiculous in London i'd of swapped it for an estate happily.

Personally - drop the grille AMG badge - otherwise the stripes look cool, no more in your face than 'm performance' parts on modern 320d bimmers :D

Now you have finally room for that Labrador
Nice car; leather in mercedes cars indeed seems to be more durable than in bmw's on average.

Our Goldador has been in my Coupe's boot a number of times but she will be more comfortable in this. She's surprisingly tolerant of being in the car and fast driving but she's going to get a shock the first time she hears the quad exhaust bark right beneath her!

Looks awesome!

I like the additions. With the struggle to find an M I would be happy with ive been looking at 330/335/340 saloon and estates didnt really think about the C63, couple of friends have had them and the only negative ive heard is the cost to fuel it as a daily. Me and the gf do about 12k a year so a diesel would probably be a better idea but these look sooooooo goood!!!!!

Congrats looking forward to hearing some more about it

interesting! and something I would consider as a replacement for the ZED. Not a huge fan of the fake 507 edition tho! but interior looks sweet.

Nice car which I think could look a little better.
Ditch the stripes and the badge on the front, change the wheels and paint the rear diffuser black.
