LOL. I love it. A local member of the state legislature got stopped for 102 in a 65 zone on the interstate. Problem is, the ticket was issued a month later when the Highway Patrol thought it might look bad to not cite him. oops.......
 
One thing is not right there - you never get a ban + points, it is either or.

The ignorance is astounding. This is the kind of retard who will go 70mph on a foggy low visibility motorway and deem himself 'acceptable' because he isn't 'speeding'

I can't see why 102mph couldn't be totally appropriate at the right time on a good UK motorway. He is just toeing the stupid ignorant line because he actually supplies gear to enforce the rather ignorant limits set (all for speed limits btw, just set appropriately AND having good judgement taught for appropriate speed within those limits!)
