What does this mean?

Hi all,

Just renewed my driving licence and got the brand new photo card with all these new quirky symbols on the back and front... can anyone tell me what this one means though? It used to just be a bronze steering wheel now it's this weird traffic light symbol with Amber light up! I take it, it means Green = NO points, Amber 3-9 points, Red 12/disqualified? I don't know...

That document was dated 2012 so things have probably changed since then and it will be some form of new security feature.

Here you go - no. 13 (the number on the top left refers to the traffic lights) - says 'not used'. Weird - why would it be there then ? The steering wheel is on the front now.

It's actually your 'Terrorist Alert Status' - if it's Green you're probably a Cabinet Minister or The Pope, if it's Red, you're a bin Laden lookalike, everyone else is Amber :spy:
