Front one looks like an aftermarket addition. Storage one looks like the inners of the roof microswitch. Previous owner may have had the centre storage pin fail and wired that one in instead.
The 2nd metal clip is the switch for the light inside the cubby hole.
When the door closes, that little piece of plastic on the bottom of the door, shown in the photo on the left of the metal switch, pushes the metal down, turning to light off. When opened, it's realised and the light switches on.
It appears your one has came off of where it's meant to sit. It's pretty self explanatory if you remove the cover for the centre cubby.

My cubby switch is different, central.
Easy way to test, push it and light should go off.

The red switch is a light for the cubby. The light only goes off when the button is held pressed. It stays lit all the time if the ignition is on, need to take the bulb out until I find out where is should be placed. Ben g do you know where is should clip onto. I reckon the plastic it should clip onto has actually snapped!
As for the blue button I have no idea what is does.
I've messed around with it but hasn't beeped since the first time I pressed it. Sadly it is not an ejector seat button, I did try with volunteering passenger. The car doesn't have any parking sensors either.

If it is Bluetooth, then that's a lot of messing to fit that button there, compared to just below the dash etc. Normally the pairing would be done on whatever controls the device, ie accepts/rejects calls, so there wouldn't be a separate button for it.
As it's installed "out of sight" have you checked to see if there is a laser jammer fitted? Look for a matchbox sized device just below the front number plate. This could be the mute/kill button for that device. Mine is hidden much better on all of my cars/van BTW

So I took my centre console apart to wrap the interior in carbon fibre and found where the blue switch leads to.
The blue switch connects to a 2 port usb charger tucked away in the space underneath the ashtray which had a wire connecting to a box. I have no idea what the box does!
After wrapping the centre console and putting it back together my lighter no longer works and neither does the 2 port usb charger! I checked and didn't find any loose wires. May have to start a separate thread for that issue.
Does anyone know the purpose of the box (is this a gaptech or equivalent module?) or why the previous owner would add a switch to a 2 port usb charger and have it hidden away?

Looks like an old Bluetooth gps module, from before they had gps built into phones.

It's a Bluetooth receiver. If you connect a lead from the socket shown into the aux in connection of the radio, it will allow you to play music through your radio from your phone via Bluetooth. It might even allow Bluetooth calls. You'll need to pair it with your phone first though - try searching for devices with it powered and it should appear.
