What does MOA mean?

I was looking at some AUC with mileage as "MOA". What does MOA stand for?

Mileage on Application - although it would be more correct to say Mileage Upon Application.

Usually used on very low mileage pre-registered cars.

"Minutes of angle", I use it in regards to sight adjustments on a firearm .

eg: 1 MOA at 100yds = 1"
