I love lambo doors, but perhaps not on a Z4, we looked at a 350z that had these doors and it was stunning, but thought i would look a bit of an idiot if i used it for an everyday car, if you where into custom car shows could understand it. Have to admit to be a secret lover of custom cars, but not daft enough to drive or own one.
It would help parking though, but would have the draw back of most people laughing at you in the supermarket car park.
Hate the interior console colour. Be interesting to see if they get any bids.
As for what it cost, would not be surprised if it did not cost a fair amount, saw a 350z done in some special flip paint and paint job alone was in excess of £15k. these custom car guys spend insane amounts of money for very odd and standard looking stuff. Each to their own.

Excuse my ignorance but what does ''prepared for hard top'' mean? What needs doing to fit a hard top?
