what do you make of this car?

Just came across this car and was after some thoughts. It seems cheap too me for a car with such low mileage.

Would have had a front and rear facelift(?!) and the free hpi online checks say the colour should be blue?! :?

that looks like to be a 2 ltr by looking at that exhaust!

how did you check the hpi without the registration number?

I think they have just uploaded the wrong photo, which won't be a first.

I noticed they put them all in the urls! Kind of defeats the point in blanking the pates a bit

"K4epr" is this plate.

Yeah that's more like it. Pre facelift with heated seats is my only real requirement. Second one is over budget though. Derby is quite a trip but I'm starting to realise I may need to travel a bit to get what I'm after.

The cheque from my insurance pay out came through this morning so now I can properly get involved

you might have a better choice of cars, if you are happy to travel. if there is one in particular you like the look of, you can always check here to see if there is anybody local that can have a basic look for you, before you decide to make the trip.

good luck in your search and don't forget AlanJ's check-list

The car in the photos is a post face lift 2.0i Sport with 18 inch 135M wheels.

As navid.v has said, being willing to travel can help. I had a 600 mile round trip for my zed when I bought it.

It was well worth it :)
