What do you guys think of these Wheels?

The offset is wrong for the Z4. you should double check you won't have any issues with it.

Anything with the word STYLE in sends ice cubes down my back
There are plenty of proper 3 series wheels for a reasonable price
Checkout bmautosport.co.uk
I got mine from there

I'd search out the oem style you want and stick with OEM with the correct sizing then spend your money on refurbing them. Keeps the value of the car and quality of the wheel, not risking some dubious quality off ebay.

My buddy can refurb them locally for you at good rates if you need to (nothing in it for me)

Thanks guys, just looking around at the moment, haven't found anything I can afford yet. My alloys are in good nick, just fancy a different style and a bigger rim

I second the recommendation of http://bmautosport.co.uk. I bought my new wheels there.

Three good reasons:

1. Mark is a nice bloke who is extremely enthusiastic about BMWs, especially ///Ms

2. He 's just bought a shiny black M6 coupe, and he'll let you have a listen to it rev if you ask nicely

3. His wheels are pretty reasonable, and shipping is not too expensive :D

I like 'em. Too bad they don't fit. I'd stay with reputable firms-either OEM or BBS or something like that. Of course, I have 203s and love 'em so don't look around much.

As with Chrissman, budget for wheels for me becomes questionable after a certain amount when in comparison in return for what is on the most purely an asthetic change. I don't like the 103 styles I have, and would gladly swap them tomorrow. However having read alot of past threads and everything I can find on alloys, I have been left with the following conclusion.

When I go to change my Wheels I will ensure they are a style I know I will be happy with in terms of asthetics, They will be either OEM or from a very reputable aftermarket supplier, as Smokin has already said. For the sake of saving a couple of hundred quid or so Just to change the look of my car in return for peace of mind that my wheels wont completley shatter on a heavy kerb bump or indeed fail at some point compromising not only my safety but that of other road users is just not worth it. IMO

So I just have to suffer my 103,s until finances dictate otherwise. :(

Yeah will definitely check out BM Autosport. Maybe he'll consider a trade in deal. Thanks for the advice ppl.

Do you guys know what other BMW model's wheels maybe compatible with E85?

On the BMW site here in the USA, it's showing 269s but only for 3.0 and 3.0Si. I didn't look through all model years though. Might try hitting the BMW site on your side of the pond and see if any pop up there under performance parts. I was able to download the specs for the M race car (pre 2009 coupe)--part numbers and all.

Was eyeing the CSLs on here, thoughts, observations? I'm a little sceptical as they are links to eBay, I suspect its a price comparison site. :withstupid:
