What do I call the radio/head unit thingy?

I know there have already been tonnes of answers about replacing the radio. I want to install a satnav in the cubby hole at the top.

What do I search for to find the information I need?

I see they are around £500 which is fine. But I also see some for £30. I am guessing don't even think about the £30 ones. But is there such a big difference between them? Isn't there like a £200 for example?

Also I was wondering if it's possible to get a dashcam as part of that unit? Or am I asking too much?
