So, given the views on the other 'market watch' thread, thought it would be interesting to see what people have paid for their cars over the years. Was going to use an anonymous poll, but there are too many variants to make it useful.

I'm happy to start the thread:

Coupe - Black/Black
Oct 2014 - £15000 (with road tax)
57 plate
7/10 condition - heated seats / pdc
BMW AUC
 
Might be with adding mileage too as that seems to have a massive factor with these cars.
 
That's it, I might have paid £500 too much for mine but I plan on keeping it long term.

Yep, still feels like I've had it 6 months :thumbsup: although tbh I've only probably driven it for 6 months in total since I've had it :driving: :lol:

Not sure what the problem would be with someone buying 'cheaper' and then selling at a profit if they can....that's just market forces working in effect.

Mine was 51k miles. I thought mine was a pretty good deal in the end, bought on the last day of their FQ so a good deal to be made.
 
I don't think you will get any useful data out of this thread, unless you turn it into a poll. But no idea how you do a poll where cost. initial mileage, and type are captured together. :(

Any way mine was £23k in March 2011, 08 plate roadster, with 12k on the clock, mint condition. All the goodies. :thumbsup:

I reckon I could get £1,500 less than I paid for it three years ago. Question is how much less would it be worth without CSL's and aeros?

It had a few more miles on it than that :poke: But not many :D

High spec, incl. cruise, nav, Bluetooth, wind deflector etc. Excl. CD changer, DSP and cup holders (which it now has)
Barring a very few stone chips on the front, and some on the the wheels, bought in almost as-new condition
Paid... Less than PVR bought it for, and less than he advertised it at :wink:

Now on 34.5k miles, a few more stone chips and a slightly kerbed wheel :headbang: , but otherwise still mint.
 
Was it 23800 then ? Can't remember the exact from too, prob 23600 when I advertised and before the Italian tune up :whistle:

Yeah, I know. Naughty :( ... You didn't notice when I came round the other weekend though, you're slacking :D

I'm pretty sure I remember it ticking over 24k either the day I brought it home or the next. Tis of no matter - she's well run in now :thumbsup:
