What did you do in the sun?

Early drive to Southampton to go shopping tried some levis 501 just out of curiosity if there would still fit well
( havnt worn 501 since there where the jean to be seen in the 80's)
fitted like a glove so well chuffed ( purchased)
Lunch at Nandos for some dirty chicken and then a nice blast home back to Reading . And the icing on the cake , pulled into the close where some kids where playing football to comments of "nice car mate and that's well sick" so of course i dipped the clutch and gave them a couple of blasts . Perfect day :D

Enjoying the week-long "Cruisin' the Coast," where 5,000 car enthusiasts (70% of which are driving classics) descend upon the MS Gulf Coast for car shows, burnout competitions, auctions, car part swap meets, and comparing build notes. The Z4 roadster fits right in with all the convertible 60s Shelby Cobras, Corvettes of all ages, older MGs, 60s Mustangs, 60s Camaros, etc. There are a few supercars present as well (Lambo Gallardo, Ferrari California, Ford GT, 911s, etc.) I'll post a few pics as a sample. The weather couldn't be better- low humidity, highs in the low 80s F (mid 20s Celsius), and gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. :driving:

Let's see now... invented meetings in London instead of working from home, ignored many, many customer calls because they'd never have heard me, bought my first accessory (factor 30 suntan lotion for my slaphead), washed & polished, and took my 11-year-old son out for an hour's worth of terror & manic giggling through the Kent countryside. Nice 8)

Kept my tin opener in my handbag for a few days so I could get the roof off while the sun was here
