What deal did you get or your 35is?

Too many decisions to make on new car, so finding every option ticked and in the colour I wanted was a no brainer.

Yes I was pleased with it, I had been looking at 2011-2012 models with 20-30k on the clock, around the £25k mark. Saw this and although more than I intended to pay the deal seemed good as its a virtually new car. Mint condition (or was until I kirbed the front left alloy accidentally  ), will have to look at getting it repaired.

I feel your pain man - I scratched my CSLs a few times not long after I got them. My advice would be to wait a few months until you've properly learnt the dimensions of the car as you might find you pick up a couple more scars in the short term.

I consider myself a careful parker but those high kerbs kept coming out of nowhere!

Indeed, it is easy to kerb wheels in a new car. I had gone years and years with not so much as a touch against a kerb then got a 330d coupe with 313 alloys. These look lovely and I think the better looking the wheel the more it attracts kerbs !! They stick out slightly with no protection and any error gets punished - within 6 months I had scuffs on all 4. I had one refurbished but within a month had done the same stupid thing again !! I left them 2 years until I was well and truly aware of them and then, and only then got them all sorted. Once done I had no further issues.
