I saw the video and thought about it as I was pulling away. The problem is that everyone in Florida is armed, except me. Interestingly I live in an area where Lambo's Maserati's and other exotic machinery is not uncommon. I never see a random driver flip them off for no apparent reason. Friends who also drive BMW's say it occurs to them also. And non BMW friends are not much kinder. So, generally I avoid conversations on politics, religion and what I drive. I also drive a Cadillac CTS V. In it I get smiles and thumbs up. Englands own Jereme Clarkson doesn't help. Calling BMW drivers knobs at every oppurtunity.
The Z4 gun clip was shocking!! I was glad it turned out well, was it officially declared true / false at all?
Clarkson has recently shifted the BMW stigma on to Audi drivers but I doubt we'll notice a difference! He recommended the M3 last week I think...
In the UK I'd say BMW is synonymous with aggressive drivers and people that like to flaunt wealth, I think things have probably got better for Brits now that BMWs are far more common, but the rest of the haters can only be jealous surely?
