What Causes a New Spark Plug to Fail

I have had plugs fail on many motorbikes (not old Brit oilers either) including recently. But they don’t like standing idle. And once on a car but agree coil packs are more likely cause
 
Can’t really explain this. I put the old spark plugs back and in and randomised the coil packs.

No misfire
No rough idle
No cyclinder error codes

I need to take it for a proper drive, but all seems well.

Either I messed up the job originally.
Or one of the spark plugs has an issue.

I’ll pop a message to Opie and see what they say.

Just one of those things I guess.
