What brake upgrade is available for the Z4 e89 2.3i?

Hi everyone, I'm looking for a good cost-benefit compromise to replace the brake system (caliper + discs) on my Z4 E89 23i.
I'm sure there are some good deals on products that aren't overly high-performance. I don't want to compete on the track, but I want them to improve both the comfort and the aesthetics of what I see today through wide-spoke alloy wheels.
