Got to go with the flow but with a bit of a twist. 
108's seem to be very popular, but I just can't get comfortable with 'em.
Too many bolt holes for my liking.
I guess it's an issue of "most popular" rather than "best."
I prefer the 107/202 designs (for obvious reasons), as well as double-spoke types like the 135.

107 all the way, absolutely sublime. I remember when my dad had a z4 as his demo in 2003, I hadn't even passed my driving test - but I HAD to have that car with those wheels one day. When I bought my Z I wasn't bothered about any options or particularly care about the colour, but it NEEDED to come with 107 wheels.
Every time i park my car I walk away at a 90 degree angle so I can enjoy the side profile looking straight through the circles in the spokes (sad I know)
