What are your holiday plans 2013

I'm in the odd position of having 65 days holiday this year. We have a holiday bank system where you can put 5 days a year away for 5 years, plus due to a job change requiring me to be all present and correct for a 3 month period I carried over a chunk of days too.

No flippin idea what to do with them and some hefty bills on the horizon so lengthy hols looking unlikely. Fortunately I can defer it another year but then it's a case of use it or lose it :s

Shame really, I had an idea to take an entire quarter off work :)

We've already had 2 weeks in Cambodia in January.
In 2 weeks time I'm off to Colorado for 2 weeks skiing at Easter. :D

For our summer holidays we have been renting a small cottage just outside Nice for about 7 years now - we stay down there for 4 weeks.
I sometimes take the car down to the Cote d'Azur, but this year we are renting a car.

In September we will be staying with my wife's sister and her partner on their boat in Greece somewhere, for a week or two.
Then in October we head off to a lovely little place in Spain called Moraira, where we stay with friends who live there all year.
After that we will start thinking about what we'll do in 2014.

I am retired by the way.

Looking like Florida again in November. Been at least once a year, sometimes twice for the past 10 years! Disney freak!!!! Fallen out of love with Universal (even though as a kid it was the coolest!) as it just seems so tacky now.

Weekend in London a few weeks back and another Easter bank hol. Was thinking of NYC again but cant afford it.

Also have a lovely place in Stirling that we go to sometimes, but its a ripp off during the year, Nov - Feb is better.

I'm not adventurous with my holidays....think of the number of places I could've been instead of Florida, but hey ho! Only other place I fancy is Oz, but that would need to be a long trip and also 1st class flights!

Done Upper Class to Orlando a few times, but back to cattle now :(

World cruise, wow!!!!!

Been saving for it for a long time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decided might as well do it now as money is earning nothing in the bank.

My holidays started Dec 2007 when I retired! I just have to avoid weekends when the world and his wife are out.

Forgot to add....end of July supporting a charity bike ride from Blackpool to Barnstaple over 3 days. Deb and I are driving the support vehicle. Not a holiday as such, but makes a nice change from work!!!! And its free!!!
