What are these speaker connectors called?

I've bought a set of speakers for the doors of my z.
I now need to buy the connectors to connect the wires to them.
Can anyone tell me what the connectors inserts are called please.

Not having any luck searching for these, I bought the speakers from a forum member and I've emailed him to ask for the clips. I'd like to get the speakers and silent coat in asap but the clips are holding me up.

I've considered this method Chris but I'd sooner try and find the clips/connectors. My problem is impatience, I want them yesterday lol.
Upon close inspection it's clear that the connector on the speaker itself is actually molded as part of the speaker chassis, so no ripping it off without having to break it from the chassis and risk also breaking the chassis. And the solders are tucked underneath the connector. The last thing I want to do is mess with these. So connectors it is.

You could go to your scrapyard ask them to cut some off for you or just phone bmw their only male speaker terminals probably cost you £3 max new from dealer. Maplin is anohter place you will finf them cheap

Doors never had speakers. Bought the speakers off a forum member, I'm pretty sure he'll cut them off and send them to me as he's breaking his Z. I just thought I may be able to get them quicker because I want to get the installation done asap as I have a few days off work.

Ok yeah just get him to cut them off then makes sense. They would be literaly be pennies at your deler as well probably about 60p each plus some vat

OP where are you getting the wires from to connect speakers too? From what I've noticed if no speakers in door theres no wires for them also....or am I wrong? I would like to add door speakers if easy enough!!

I think the tweeters in the doors get a full range signal so can used.

These speakers are from behind the seats. Each speaker has 2 connectors, each connector has 2 wires. I wasn't aware of that. I intended to fit them into the doors taking the feed from the door tweeters. After speaking with a car audio specialist these cannot be connected via the tweeters because the necessary wiring isn't available. I'm hopefully going to be able to return them for a refund and buy another pair without connectors. So, if anyone's thinking of using the OEM behind seat speakers for the doors don't bother unless you're prepared to run new wiring or somehow dissect the speakers to remove the connectors. :wink:
