Hi all, having a great day/hoon to Sheffield (Meadowhall),when on the way back my fookin emission light came on again! :headbang: -this is after having the rear two sensors fitted in the week :( -i never had this many problems with my Hyundai

what can cause high emissions then?? is your zed high mileage or have u ever put any additives in your fuel??

No and no-its only done 38500 ish,no additives added-what are the chances of one of the front sensors going this close to the rear ones being replaced?-could it be a faulty sensor i had fitted?

Andy, don't worry - you're not stuck at the side of the road, you're home and the Z is safe. Could be that they didn't connect a sensor properly when they did the job and it has come loose... Could be something else but you can't do anything about it till Monday - PITA, but the weather is gorgeous so just go sit in the garden with a beer mate

Thanks for that mate-you are right :)

Get the manifold checked - mine had cracked and this caused the emissions light to keep coming on.

Agree about your comment re your hyundai - im getting rid of my Z4 once the warranty is up in Nov and going back to Japanese, think i'll get a MX5, maybe not such a head turner but certainally better built!!!
