The bonnet on my car has been sticky and I wanted to check the oil (no warning light on Alpinas) and today it was locked solid. You could tug the handle but nothing. From my readings on here I knew enough that the kidney grills come out by hand fairly easily and a sticking bonnet release is not uncommon. 10 mins and a little WD40 and all is well.
