Hi guys,

As you may have seen I fitted my new KW coil-overs a couple of weeks ago and booked in for my 4 wheel alignment.

The day came yesterday to drive the 97 miles to Leyland, Preston to have it done. I woke up to it snowing and knowing I had to drive 2 hours i was a little put off.

Anyway I set off and it got worse and worse the further north east I went, roads closed and lanes closed on the M62/M65 delayed me and it took just over 3 hours to get there.

So glad i did though, the car feels awesome.

I have used the guy before for an alignment so knew it was worth the wait for him to be available to do it. No electrical systems used, all string and rulers, takes a little longer then the hunters system but you dont have to worry about the calibration of the machine being off effecting the readings.

Left field, but can I get his number so I can see if he knows anyone a little further south that offers a similar service?

Now it has dried out all I can say is wow, the car handles awesome and the ride isn't bad at all to say I am running 19's :) best mod I have done, wish I had done it years ago.

My new M3 rear anti roll bar turned up today, so will get all new drop links and bushed and get that on asap :)

wow thats round the corner from my house! Handy to know as i've used someone else in leyland who did my Z4 a couple of weeks ago & Couldn't even centre the steering wheel properly :lol:
