West Yorkshire Meet/Hoon?? UPDATE - with pictures

Ok well since owning my Z for almost 12 months i am still yet to attend a meet!! this is not like me at all!! so rather than sit around and wait for the next one to come round i thought i might as well see if there is much interest out there for one in my area?? i live in Halifax!

DATE = SUN 16th DECEMBER!!

Here we go then.
Firstly Sunday looks to be the best day, looking at the weather forecast sun/showers
Secondly If we could meet at the riverside cafe {Otley} instead, us early birds could get coffee while waiting to see if anyone turns up!
Route If we sick to the main roads they will be clear and salted.
A65 Otley, Skipton, Ingelton, Devil's Bridge {coffee}
A683 to Sedbergh /684 Hawes if possible we can do Butter Tubs pass /Cross Top fell. Dinner
Back home via Leyburn, Middleham, Ripon and onto Sun Inn pub topside of Otley
Distance around 130/150 mile can shorten at anytime if need be

Plan B If roads are bad on the high ground
Otley, Ripon, Helmsley, Malton, Stamford Bridge, Tadcaster then Sun Inn
Suggest meet 8.30 for 9.00 start

Depends on when and the weather, shame you couldn't come to Holmfirth the other week, although the weather then was definitely no good for hooning visibility was very poor.

yeah i was really gutted i m issed it!! really wanting to meet a few people as well!

well ive put a date up now!! should have my new exhaust system by then as well!
 
i hate commiting to things but am certainly interested, 15th Dec sounds very close to the 25th though, will people be too busy organising other things?
 
I have an appointment with quite a lot of alcohol the night before so I'm unlikely to make it sorry
 
could possibly make dec 15th, but will have to see how much money ive got after ive bought all my xmas presents after pay day

No route just yet, though I do love going over the moors to Whitby! Any input would be great though!
