Mods, if this is in the wrong place, or considered an inappropriate post, feel free to move or delete.

I'm normally reasonably quiet about where I work, but will make an exception as we're hiring in a number of areas in the UK. I'm not personally recruiting, but we're looking for the following:

Intern Roles (We pay, unlike some) for undergraduate placement year students in Marketing, IT, Developer Relations, Business Ops, HR and Sales Support. Our Intern program is exceptional (even if I do say so myself)

Also
Technical Sales Engineer
Applications Engineer
User Experience Design Manager and Researcher
Interaction Designer
Information Systems Engineer
Marketing Specialist
Finance Analyst

The forum has a diverse range of skilled people so I'm putting this out here, especially as I've seen a few people with job woes...

Rather than trying to explain these roles, HERE is a link

If anyone's interested enough to apply, good luck!

That's a great post Stuart

They look a bit too whizzy for me, if only there was a position available for smiling and drinking coffee :D

Start at midday finish 1pm with an hour for lunch is the one i`m looking for,it`s called retirement. But anyway this a really good post stuart, good of you to think of other folks in these tough times.

However a fine company they are too
I did 35 years with another large US IT company which worked very closely to your guys in some of it's functions :)

To carry on the job opportunity shindig, the company i work for are also hiring. Got 3 positions at the moment.

Field Engineer

Jointer Oil Filled (33kV)

Jointer Oil Filled (132kV)

More details can be found here:- http://jsm-construction.com/careers/

I think we should keep this up. Many of us are in the position to promote vacancies and that does our respective businesses a favour.

x2 on the coffee drinking and smiling - shame there's none for me as I can also spin a pretty good yarn and look extremely interested when I'm not really :D

Ah, but can you multi-task? Look extremely interested, plus say "mmm", and "ah", "oh, yes" at the right times? :)

That's only Level 1 - which I am competent in, and I have an intermediate qualification in Making The Occasional Pertinent Comment

Level 2 is responding to a question accurately after doing that for 30mins. I was progressing well, then we started having a load more conference calls to cut down on travel... Technology has slowed my success as doing a conference call, reading emails, responding to 3 IM conversations and preparing for a debt call simultaneously makes my Man Genes scream for mercy

I'm moving on, though in case anyone's interested in relocating to Vancouver, Canada, I am aware of 3 upcoming positions for a BI (Business Intelligence) Sales Consultant in the Finance Sector.

www.temenos.com

They're presently not advertised, though know they are starting the process right now & would be happy to provide anyone who's seriously interested & can proove they have relevant field experience with the Product Director's email address... on a strictly 'a little bird told me' basis.

Haven't been on here much for a few weeks, a few things going on, so be patient, I will check...

J

Most jobs are in Swindon :( .

That's where one of the two EMEA main offices are. (The other is in Munich) Depending on the job, Intel supports flexible home working. If you're looking outside of Swindon (or even outside of the UK) then play with the filters on the jobs@intel site.
