Welsh Members

The list of Welsh members is looking pretty impressive now, is anyone going to take the plunge and arrange a meet? :tumbleweed:
Well done Adam83, We cant wait to see your planned route and choice of dates....

Haha I was expecting a sarcastic response to that :? Getting married in two weeks so got a lot to arrange at the moment. I am up for trying to arrange something for the future with a little help from an expert... Number5

Well, its only about 5 weeks to mid Summers day so somebody had better pull their finger out....

Even if a quick shot over the Brecons or just a nice evening drive out to Worms Head to watch the sunset from a pub garden....
(Obviously not being a permament Welsh resident, it would be improper of me to organise 'the' Welsh meet...)

I love Mid Wales. How about something like meet at Penderyn, head to Llandovery, Beulah and cut back towards Brecon via Upper Chapel? That is a reasonably short blast that we could to this Sunday if anyone fancies it?

Bugger, Would love to do this, but can't make it this weekend, but would be up for it (or similar) most other weeks

A little too short notice for this weekend, but not a bad shout Adam  . Any other Sundays ?

What do you think of the route Number 5, I am flying to Cyprus on Wednesday to get married but when I return I will be free most Sunday's. Are you familiar with the roads I suggested?

I only know G to F, which is a blast, but Phil45110 is the man who knows this area best. I may be over your way on the weekends June 8th or July 4/5, as it currently stands.

Saw a white coupe driving southbound on the M5 a few days ago... had a welsh sticker on the rear... passed you as I left at Gordano services. Anyone here?

Only one modification I'd make. Start at Hirwaun, A465 to Glynneath, then A4109 and A4221 to Abercrave. Turn right on to the A4067 to Sennybridge to pick up Point B. Glynneath to Sennybridge is a great drive :driving:

Thought it might be worth plugging this in here bearing in mind it's local in most of your cases... Round Wales Trip 8th-10th June

Can't recommend that road from Hirwaun to the reservoir enough! Do it a lot on my two wheels too. Just waiting for the day the placid sheep get jumpy all of a sudden and decide to run across the road while I'm being zesty on the throttle... touch wood I think they'll continue to drink Penderyn whiskey from the brewery in Hirwaun and keep their air of calmness.

Any body in Swansea on Sunday (8th June) ?

A few of us are staying over Saturday then nipping out for a drive on Sunday.
We will be at the Liberty Stadium by the Swans/Ospreys shop around 10am Sunday, then heading off up through Neath and on to the Brecons, via Sennybridge, Llandovery and back down, if any one wants to join us in their Zeds ?

Something like this, weather permitting.
