Its like a bad Little Britain-esque comedy sketch except it isn't comedy and he's really proud!

Mike I think you'll going to have come up with some method of vetting your customers for "Class" in future before allowing them to buy. Dumb-ass Chavs like him shouldn't be allowed to own Zeds by law. It make us all look bad!

What's annoying, is that he's obviously fitted the box, so therefore has no need for the old one :!:

Yes but I guess what the little muppet has probably decided is when he sells the car he can put his original back on and sell the modded one for much more than £50 dipper he left with you. Either that or he's just too lazy! Still a c@nts trick not to keep his word either way!

I don't exactly know how you operate with swapping peoples backboxes but can you not get a deposit that can be returned when you receive the old one back?
A bit like when you buy calipers and take the old ones back.

I take, or rather took a deposit of £50 against the return of their old box if I'm sending it out rather than fitting it. So he's actually £50 "out of pocket" at the moment. That particular box I seem to recall, cost me £45 delivered, so technically I'm not out of pocket. However the inconvenience he has caused people having to wait whilst I do their boxes, or not being able to send one out for exchange is worth considerably more.

Now, however, I have spare boxes in each type that I have modded and ready to send out, or fit in under 30 mins. I have also increased the deposit to £100, which gives a bit more of an incentive to return the old box..
