Well that surprized me

When I brought my car I wanted some thing that was a bit different, It was going to be my weekend toy for some nice summer trips out and runs out with my mates, But I also needed it to do a few track days in it a year and couple of trips to the ring each year, Would not cost a fortune in tax fuel insurance servicing etc and looked the part, Ok its not the fasted thing in the world but its doing every thing I have asked of it so far, Now for the surprizing bit, I know this sounds strange but I was not really ever worried about taking the roof of the car but on Sunday when the sun came out I thought I have got to take it of at least once so I did and I must say it was great fun the car sounded great still looked good, gave me a smile all day long with the sun shinning down on me, So I have now added a whole new sector to me about my car some roof down driving, (mind you probably won't see the sun again this year)

Couple of pics from sunday, Roof up then went for it and dropped it down,

How long have you had the car ? Is that seriously the first time you have had the roof down ? :o

Tell you what, you have certainly extended the excitement-life of your car by saving the best bit for so long :D

Just had a look back... You've only had it for three months - so not an age. That said, where is your button pressing curiosity :poke:

Saw you used to have an ///MC (lovely BTW) - so finally a bona fide coupe-to-roadster convert, wahey !

Other than making sure it opened when i brought the car that was the first time it had been open and as i say it was good fun although i did burn my bolding head a bit, Would be nice to have the power of my M coupe under the bonnet, I really brought the car as a coupe more than a roadster but when the suns out maybe the roof will be of again although i will be needing a cap. :D
