Hi all, I am hoping to buy myself a Z4 in the near future and in my research I discovered this wonderful forum so I thought I'd sign up :D

Anyway a bit about me - I live in Brighton and currently have an R53 Mini Cooper S which is a lot of fun to drive, but looking to replace it with some kind of 2 seater roaster. I'm pretty much set on an E85 Z4, in the past I had an E46 coupe which was great and I still have the 18" CSL reps from it which could be put to good use too!

So hopefully within the next month or two I will be a Z4 owner and will be sure to post up some pics!
 
Welcome mate , you picked a good time to get into a Z , some really decent machines about at very reasonable money

Hi, the z4 can get pretty hot in the Summer months with the roof down, not sure I'd call it a "roaster" though :rofl:

Hope you manage to find one that suits you while the weather is still reasonable!

You've probably already looked, but there are usually some good ones in the Classifieds on here.
 
Thanks for the welcomes (and glad somebody spotted my, er, deliberate typo! :wink: )

Yep a 3.0 manual is what I am looking for, I am keeping an eye on the classifieds (along with the usual suspects) and taking my time to find a nice one.
