its gone colder and im getting the usual issues i had last year with the sat nav not recognising the disc. It sthe usual errors associated with the MK4 and im know i can get it fixed by sending it away for £150 odd quid.
Anyway, so my new problem is the radio keeps freezing/not working.
basically get into the car start it. the screen opens and is blank. i get the spash screen and then it goes to the standard menu where you can chose phone/tv/navigation etc.
Usually at the same time the radio comes on and you can press that button which switched to the screen showing the stations.
so what happens, next is random and is one of these
1. i can change station using the buttons but the screen wont show whats going on,
2. it shows the radio screen but is blank changing station is possible.
3. it doesn't do anything no radio at all.
4. its fine all works perfectly
5. most of the time the other functions work fine when the radio is playing up
when it first happened i had been using the intravee last so i thought maybe its that being slow but its happened since when ive just got in the car. it happens at least once a week now.
