Weird noise

Does anyone have a clue what that sound could be?
It happened after winter sleep and it was exactly the same as on video sound went away when speed was above ~70kmh.
Now sometimes it happens and sometimes not. Car is driven only few times per month.
Diff and trans oil was replaced last year.

Sounds like diff whine but it’s hard to tell with YouTube videos.
Coming from back or front of the car?
Does it only make a noise when car is moving?
 
I can't pinpoint from cabin and problem is that it's not always present.
It is definitely connected to trans or diff because sound increases with car speed, not engine speed.

Also it is perfectly normal once it goes away which is after 2-3km
 
Trans oil looks little grayish which should be like new as i replaced oil last year.
Maybe something is happening in transmission.
It is interesting, i did a test drive 2 days in row after filming video and it is silent now...
