Has anyone else used them before I comment on them ?

Yep once , couldn't fault them , paid me £150 less for a VW Touareg that i'd paid 2 years before from main dealer in Harrogate
Easy money , there valuer even came to my house on a Sunday morning as it was on his way to work
In general they will always be 10/15 possibly 20% below what a seller would want , just depends what you are happy with

I've used them & have no complaints. They gave me the price quoted with no quibbles, money arrived in my account within a couple of days. I was expecting a worse experience but it was quick & easy. Obviously you get less money than you would selling privately but I needed the cash quickly & didn't want to deal with timewasters. As long as you are truthful about the condition of the car they seem to be pretty straight & you can always walk away if they start messing about.
Sold our RS Clio thru them a couple of weeks ago.
They offered £12987 on it, WBAC were approx. £11500 and the dealer where we were looking at a new MX5 offered £11k.
Turned up on a Sun morning and within 30mins the deal was done less their £78.50 admin fee with the funds in our a/c on the Thurs as promised.
Our car was detailed by me regularly and was mint in and out but they did say it needed a full interior and exterior valet for £100. After I laughed, the guy spoke to his underwriter (I believe it's the underwriters decision that's final) they just paid us the full on-line valuation.
Oddly enough, they are owned by Manheim and every car they buy goes straight thru the block, ours went thru Mon 19th Oct and I was nearly tempted to buy it back because there wasn't a prayer of it making nigh on £13k at auction.
Overall, 10/10 from us.

I used them yesterday , wife's a5 3.0 tdi , it was low mileage one owner but spent it's life in airport and train station car parks so had quite a lot of scars , I declared all the damage on the website valuation , took it in for appraisal and they bid me more than the website valuation 
I tried we buy any car and they bid £700 less , and going off what's on autotrader I couldn't have got much more privately .
They even did a same day money transfer after a bit of negotiation , I was impressed with the service , which surprised me after reading all of the internet complaints about these type of services .
