Waterless Coolant N52

Has anyone used a waterless coolant in their N52?
I am considering going to this system with Evans products so any advice would be most welcome...

Popular in the states as they tend not to use antifreeze, over here it's very unlikely to give you any benefit over a 70/30 water antifreeze mix. Same thing with all that water wetter stuff.

I was persuaded to put Evans waterless in a TVR Chimaera 450 and had terrible overheating problems while in France which I’d never had before. I went back to water and antifreeze and never had a problem. Personally I wouldn’t touch it with a double length barge pole. In addition you have to make absolutely sure there is no water/antifreeze in the system before you use it and you can only top up using the waterless fluid. And it is crazily expensive.

Advice would be don't! It's rubbish and has no place in any modern engine. It's ability to move heat away is way less than water whilst being more viscous thereby putting a greater load on the water pump and reducing the mass flow through the cooling system.
Might be good on an old iron block V8 as it won't lead to corrosion over time but that's about it.

Some test results here, albeit from an Evans Waterless competitor, but makes sense. Basically Evans waterless drastically reduces working pressures (and stress) in the system and successfully prevents corrosion in iron blocks, so seems suitable for older engines that were prone to leaking and boiling over.

But Waterless actually promoted deposits in Aluminium engines and cooled less efficiently raising cylinder head temperatures, which in turn leads to earlier detonation (knock), causing ignition to retard, reducing engine power. So a waste of time on our engines.
