A view please:
I changed my 2 accessory belts today on my M54 2.2
The main (not a/c) idler hex was butchered- I overcame but I am conscious that its going to be difficult to do the same again
When I come to do my water pump which I think is inevitable, what should I do with the idler? Can I replace the whole idler easily enough?
And to do the water pump I am reading that I need to unbolt the engine at drivers side mounting and jack the engine up- any other top tips?
