Water Pump Bolt

Changed the water pump on a 2006 Z4 3.0SI Rodster and the bolt that is used to ground the water pump broke. Can anyone tell me what the actual size of that bolt is? It seems to be a little smaller than the ones that hold the water pump on which are 8x32mm bolts.
