Very clever. How did they come up with that ?

Very useful technique in all sorts of industries i would imagine.
 
been around for a while and well cool :thumbsup: . ive seen a good few videos of people getting good results at home doing it in baths etc on small items. i think its relatively easy once you get the hang of putting the piece in for simple opbjects like mirror covers etc
 
Its called hydrographics also.
Someone on here has had roll hoops and other parts done using this method.

That is very cool.

Neither of my brain cells can begin to establish how this actually works, but the results are truly magic.

very, well if its done properly and is lacquered after the graphics have been applied

I did my wing mirrors, interior dash and roll hoops a few years ago and they are scratch free
