Advisable to unhook the battery just in case you disturb the airbag- good practice to not get one in the face
Pop the handle cover off, the little cap in the interior door handle and the airbag plastic plug- that reveals 4 T30 (I think) screws
Take the tweeter pod off, undo the bolts
Working from the bottom of the door pop the door card off, the top will resist but prevail!
Take care with the door handle cable, this unclips, undo the associated switches to get the card away from the car
Then you can inspect and repair the membrane
