Water leak underside of E85

Just discovered water leaking (definitely not oil of any kind) underneath the middle of my car roughly in line with the side mirror/under the dash. Would this be the AC leaking? Would there be any other inherent issues apart from AC not working after if so? Suggestions/fixes or just garage once back from road trip up country?
 
It might just be water dripping from the AC condensor - this is normal on cars with AC, I haven't noticed it on mine but it's quite obvious on our X3 because of the higher ground clearance
 
Hopefully. I did just read a similar thread which sounded exactly the same and others said it was condensation and I was using the AC, it is the hottest day of the year too so may be even more obvious than normal. I'll have a run without AC in the morning and see if there is anything.
 
Sounds almost certainly the A/C. Every car I have owned for the last 20 years has had to have it as standard, as I just cannot stand high humidity. I have lost count of the number of times when I have stopped off somewhere after a long run on a hot day with A/C on all the time and returned to the car to have someone tell me "your car is leaking badly underneath". Leave it long enough and it's quite a puddle, all perfectly normal.
