Water inside cabin (wet carpets and condensation)

So as most of you know just had some snow and ice in the UK and now day after with it all melted I go into my Z4 and find the inside of the windscreen covered with water droplets, there's a line of light water droplets were the roof latches on (inside cabin). I have relatched the roof just incase it wasnt latched on properly even though the button said it was.
Also the carpets in the footwells are wet (passenger is wet whilst driver is more damp then drenched)
I have found these on the seals for the roof (check images) and was wondering if this is the issue or if anyone has any advice? or is it just need to weatherproof my roof?

Those seals guide water into buckets behind both seats, one of which the roof motor lives inside of. They drain out two bungs just in front of the rear wheel arches. Check the bugs and you could find they are bunged up with mud so water could have overflowed/stayed in those buckets causing the condensation.

If its overflowed you will have damp carpets or a puddle in the boot by the battery depending on which way you parked (on a hill? )

Other areas to check are the inner door membranes they can be ripped and cause a leak, or finally the scuttle panel drains can be blocked and cause water to come in. Im still yet to check mine as you have to remove the wipers to take the panel off to check clean any debris that might be inside. (you can see the tops of the drains on each side of the windscreen make sure those are clear of leaves and mud.
