Water ingress passenger door vapour barrier

Folks apologies for adding to the previous posts on this. On removing the passenger door card, the vapour barrier on my newly acquired 54 plate is simply in tatters, I suspect a paintless dent removal before my time with the car.

Can anyone ps point me towards a supplier of replacement membranes for h passenger door, even better still a northwest england independent that will supply and fit to prevent future ingress in the footwell. Best regards, ted.
