Water in headlights

At first I just thought it was a little condensation but in cost inspection in the daylight I can see what can almost be described as a lake in the bottom of i386 headlights. Any suggestions on the best way of cooperation this all out? A hairdryer copes with the condensation the lens but I know it's just going to come back again with all that liquid in there.

What's the best way of draining? Remove the entire light cluster? How would I do such a thing if so? Searching in this through tapatalk is a pain.

I think a tactical insertion of cloth may do the job.

Headlight? Get it off and dry it quickly. The ballast is basically a drain plug that will be killed by all that water leaking into it. I know from experience.

I can get a headlight off in 15mins now, done it so many times.
